Returns & Exchanges

All sales are considered final. Due to the unique and often delicate nature of vintage, antique, artisan, and one-of-a-kind items, routine returns and exchanges are not accepted. BushkaBlue maintains a no-routine-returns policy; however, exceptions may be considered only for items damaged in transit or in cases of significant listing error.

However, if an item arrives damaged in transit or there is a significant listing error, BushkaBlue will work with the customer to resolve the issue promptly.

Buyers are encouraged to examine all photographs carefully, read all item descriptions and condition disclosures provided by the curator, and ask questions prior to purchase. Additional photographs or information are gladly provided whenever possible to help ensure confidence before purchase.

Approved returns, if applicable, must be authorized prior to shipment and returned in the same condition as originally received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return results from damage in transit or a significant listing error on the part of BushkaBlue.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization and returned in the same condition as received.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Questions regarding an item should be asked before purchase. We are happy to provide additional photographs or information whenever possible.
