Packaging
Glass, pottery, jewelry, and collectible items are packaged securely using appropriate protective materials. Extra care is taken with fragile and vintage pieces to help ensure safe delivery.

Tracking information will be provided when available and will be sent once your order has shipped.

Higher-value and fragile items may be shipped with insurance for added protection during transit.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once an order has been shipped, BushkaBlue cannot guarantee carrier transit times.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, please contact BushkaBlue promptly and retain all packaging materials. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required to assist with a claim.
